Contemporary College's courses are designed for those that want to enter into private practice upon completion.
Bearing this in mind it is important to know that the training you will receive is accredited and validated and exceeds a level that is accepted as appropriate for professional practice.
Contemporary College courses are validated by the premier Hypnotherapy organisations in the UK.
- National Hypnotherapy Society
- General Hypnotherapy Standards Council
CCTS is proud to announce that our Year 1 Diploma Course has been awarded Full Accreditation with The National Hypnotherapy Society. This means that students who graduate through Contemporary College can apply to go on the Hypnotherapy Society's Voluntary Register.
The National Hypnotherapy Society's voluntary register is the first and only current Hypnotherapy organisation to be recognized by the Professional Standards Authority, under its Accredited Voluntary Registers (AVR) scheme, and they are working extremely hard to raise the profile of Hypnotherapy within the NHS.
The Accredited Voluntary Register is the result of a scheme set up by the Department of Health, and administered by the Professional Standards Authority; an independent body, accountable to Parliament. The Authority oversees statutory registers such as the General Medical Council and the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Further to this Contemporary College is an accredited training organisation with:
- UKCHO - The UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations
